Tantric Yoga for Men is a gentle, meditative style of Yoga particularly designed for all men (gay, bisexual or straight), regardless of age or body type, interested in sharing their energy with like-minded men.
The aim of Tantric Yoga is to allow us to tap into the highest form of energy available to us while reducing our levels of unwarranted stress.
Although the classes are designed to meet the skills and needs of the participants, Tantric Yoga is not the physically challenging or high-impact style of Yoga.
