Yoga Without the Restriction of Clothing

SAFETY

  1. IF YOU HAVE AN INFECTIOUS CONDITION, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR HEALTH AND THAT OF OTHERS IN THE CLASS.

  2. Take responsibility for your body. Practice within your own limits. Pay attention to your body. If your body signals you to stop or pull back during a posture, do so.

  3. If you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, or a detached retina. Do not hold postures for more than 20 seconds. This is especially true for inverted postures.

  4. Never force your body into a posture that causes discomfort, distress or pain. You could injure yourself.

ETIQUETTE

  1. Arrive on time. Doors are locked once the class has started and you will not be allowed to enter.

  2. As a courtesy to others, come to class with a clean body and clean feet.

  3. DO NOT WEAR HEAVY SCENTS OR PERFUMES.

  4. Turn off cell phones.

  5. Come to class on an empty stomach. Do not eat for two hours before class.

  6. Attempt to follow the instructor's instructions as closely as possible.

  7. Pick up after yourself when class is over and take water bottles with you.

  8. Do not walk over other people's mats or rugs.

    FOOD AND DRINK

    1. Do not bring food or drink into the studio; except water.

    2. The Clinic offers water. Please take only what you need.

    3. Discard empty bottles in the recyclable 's bin.
